🐦Now Participating with Anthem BCBS in Virginia

I’m glad to share an update that may make starting therapy more accessible for many clients.

Cardinal Light Counseling now participates with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial Lines in Virginia, including PPO, POS, HMO, and Select Pathways plans.

If you’ve been considering therapy but were unsure about insurance coverage, this update may help remove a barrier to getting started. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, but many clients with Anthem commercial plans may now be able to use their insurance for services.

I currently offer online therapy in Virginia for individuals, couples, and families. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes.
